- NSWCPD intends to procure Siemens Hard PLC Tech Refresh on a brand name basis. All interested vendors must be authorized resellers or distributors of Siemens. Quotations must be submitted based on the attached RFQ N6449821R4017 1. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the part numbers and section M Basis for Award. 2. Closing date is hereby extended to 03 March 2021. 3. All other terms and conditions remain the same.
