- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCC Yazoo City, MS intends to issue a solicitation for 15B31521Q00000007 to obtain the requirements for FY-2021, 3RD QUARTER BREAD / BAKERY SUBSISTENCE. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED FOB destination. The NAICS code is 311812. Delivery dates will begin April 05, 2021 and end June 30, 2021.� Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex, 2225 Haley Barbour Parkway, Yazoo City, MS 39194. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. Kosher items offered on this bid must be certified by a nationally accepted orthodox Jewish Certification Agency. The Government will award to the responsible quoter(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: past performance, price comparison with other offers, and administrative cost. Price will be rated higher than past performance. The Government reserves the right to make single or multiple awards. The solicitation will be available on or after February 12, 2021, and will be distributed solely through beta.SAM.gov.� As of November 2019, the modernized system is authoritative for Opportunities.� The former Federal Business Opportunities web site https://www.fbo.gov will not be used for Opportunities at this time.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available.� The website, https://www.beta.SAM.gov provides downloading instructions.� All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site.� Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
