This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. Background: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, NCO 9 Network Contracting Office, on behalf of the Tennessee Valley VAMC is conducting market research through this source sought notice to seek sources to identify potential experienced businesses that are capable of meeting the requirements per the Statement of Work (SOW) below. Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. NACIS: 611430, Professional and Management Development Training PSC: U008, Education/Training-Training/Curriculum Development Size Standard: $12 Million Brand name only STATEMENT OF WORK PART A - GENERAL INFORMATION The purpose of this training is to provide an updated framework for the VHA to advance the skills of their change practitioners. Certification Program - Participants will receive knowledge, skills and tools through the Prosci Change Management Certification Program to drive successful change initiatives. During this three-day session, they will apply Prosci s methodology and ADKAR Model to one of their active projects. In addition to learning Prosci s best-practices approach to change management and gaining access to our industry-leading tools, they will share challenges, solutions and insights. Graduates earn the distinction of being a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner. Train the Trainer Program, Level 1 and Level 2 - The purpose of the Train-the-Trainer program is to develop your resources to facilitate Prosci s role-based training programs including: Change Management Practitioner Program, Sponsor Briefing, Change Management for Project Managers, Managers Training Program, and Employee Awareness Training. Using adult learning theory and best practices, participants practice delivering the modules of these programs and have the opportunity to receive real-time coaching from Prosci s Master Instructor. After completing Level 1 and 2, the participant will be able to teach Prosci 6 role-based training programs internally. STATEMENT OF WORK PART C - SUPPORTING INFORMATION C.1 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE All trainings will be performed online. C.2 PERIOD PERFORMANCE Assumptions: Pricing is for virtual instructor-led programs Services Duration Investment 3-Day Prosci Certification Program (government partnership program) 3-days $0.00 per person Train the Trainer - Eligible for 10% discount Level 1 and Level 2 4 days $0.00 per person Advanced Certifications Advanced Certification Duration Investment Advanced Instructor Enrollment fee and Audit fee 12-18 months $0.00 per person C.3 SPECIAL CONDITIONS N/A Certification Advanced Instructor Certification This track will prepare you to effectively train and certify others in change management to strategically support organizational change management competencies. By attending Train the Trainer Level 1 and 2, AND completing the Advanced Instructor Certification the individual will be able to grant Certification internally when teaching the 3-day Practitioner program. C.3.1 CONTRACTOR FURNISHED MATERIALS- N/A C.3.2 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS AND SERVICES All Trainings must be conducted on a virtual platform. C.3.3 QUALIFICATIONS OF KEY PERSONNEL the Certification event requires that they are both: A certified student in Change Management. Have completed the Change Management development process. C.4.4 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS N/A 5.
