U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:��Florida City:��Multiple (Broward County) Delineated Area: North - I-75/SR 93, Sawgrass Expressway and Commercial Blvd. (SR 870);� East - Florida's Turnpike; South - Ronald Reagan Turnpike; West - US Hwy 27. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,100 Space Type: Office and Warehouse/Vehicle Bay Parking Spaces (Total):��4 Parking Spaces (Surface):��4 (Employee and Visitor parking) Parking Spaces (Structured):��0 Parking Spaces (Reserved):��0 Full Term:��15 Years Firm Term:��10 Years Option Term:��0 Additional Requirements: - 24 hours / 7 days access to leased space - Parking space located adjacent or within 2 blocks of leased space - Climate controlled service bays - 3 or 2 loading bay at drive-in level required and a combination of loading dock and drive-in bays may be acceptable as well. - Overhead doors for access to service bays - Fenced parking and building preferred� - See sample floor plan Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� Offered space shall not be in the100 year floodplain.
