- This is a request for information ONLY. No solicitation will be issued at this time. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary with no cost or obligation to be incurred by the U.S. Government. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is investigating the market capability to update Natural Gas Lines and Meters at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Requirements: Replace the lateral natural gas lines and connect them to both the existing main natural gas distribution piping and the existing meters and termination points at the buildings. The new piping shall meet Department of Transportation (DOT)/American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)/Unified Facility Code (UFC) requirements. (Per Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) 33 11 23.) Contractor shall also replace existing meters with smart meters (approximately 29 meters in total). Responses to this Sources Sought shall be provided as described herein. Interested parties shall submit responses in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, or Adobe Acrobat. Responses shall be limited to 3 pages with Arial font greater than or equal to 12 pt. PART I: Company Information 1.
