Description

The General Services Administration, Public Buildings Service, Heartland Region, is conducting a Sources Sought to determine the number of Construction Manager as Contractor (CMc) Firms - who are interested in providing CMc Services for the Proposed Whittaker Facade Replacement in Kansas City, MO.� The purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of the Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) Contractors in the Heartland Region.� The Government must ensure that there is adequate capability, experience, and competition among the potential pool of responsible contractors. Therefore, the purpose of this Sources Sought is to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of Small Businesses within the industry. As stated, the intended audience of this Sources Sought includes ALL Business Concerns. This procurement will be conducted under North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) 236220 (Architectural Services Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) and FSC/PSC Code Z2AA, where the Small Business threshold is $39.5 million. The GSA anticipates the award of a single contract for CMc Services. As the GSA nears time of award, it will re-evaluate agency needs. If at that time agency needs reflect the necessity to award to more than one offeror, the GSA will reserve the right to do so. The period of performance for the proposed contract will be for an approximately three (3) year period, projected to be awarded in the fourth quarter of fiscal year (FY) 2022.� The estimated maximum contract value for each contract awarded is $30,000,000.00 - $50,000,000.00.
