Description
Approved for public release, distribution is unlimited (24 FEBRUARY 2021) The Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), on behalf of the Multifunctional Information Distribution System (MIDS) Program Office (MPO) (PMA/PMW-101) plans to award a bridge contract on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, sole-source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Sentek Consulting, Inc. dba Sentek Global, 2811 Nimitz Boulevard, Suite G, San Diego, CA 92106. This bridge contract, when awarded, will allow Sentek Consulting, Inc. to continue providing the Acquisition and Program Management, Configuration and Data Management, Engineering, Logistics, Cybersecurity/Information Assurance, and Risk and Opportunity Management Contract Support Services for the MIDS Program Office currently being provided on their current Seaport Task Order N00178-14-D-7917 Order NS02, whose period of performance is due to expire on 30 March 2021. Competitive solicitation N00039-20-R-3003 was released on April 24, 2020 as a follow-on to competitive Task Order (TO) NS02; however, it is not ready for award. This bridge contract is required to avoid a gap in support services while the Government completes its evaluation and award of the competitive follow-on Seaport TO under Solicitation N00039-20-R-3003. The anticipated period of performance of this bridge contract is up to six (6) months starting on March 30, 2021 through September 30, 2021, with an estimated dollar value of $4,320,000. The bridge contract is intended to only be funded until the follow-on competitive TO is awarded. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 541330. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Responses to this notice of intent to should be submitted no later than (15) calendar days from the date of this synopsis to Ms. Editha Y. Bredesen at editha.bredesen@navy.mil.
