Description

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to negotiate a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award to Glock Inc. at 6000 Highlands Parkway, Smyrna, GA� 300083. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisitions procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. The purpose of this acquisition is to procure Glock G19 Armorer and Advanced Armorer qualification training courses for�fourty (40) CG personnel. The training should consist in repairing, inspecting, and troubleshooting all components on the Glock weapons beyond organizational maintenance. This action is being taken in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government does not intend to pay for information provided in response to this notice. Written responses to this notice shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bona fide capability to fulfill this requirement. All responses shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist�Ty Cassady�via email to ty.m.cassady@uscg.mil by 4:00 PM EST on February 26, 2021. Reference no.70Z02321QMSA00900. If the Agency does not receive an acceptable response to this announcement by the specified date, negotiations will be conducted with�Glock Inc., as the only source and a purchase order will be issued without any additional notices being posted.
