Description

This solicitation is requested by Fiscal Service Procurement on behalf of the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), for 10 parking spaces (2 reserved, 8 non-reserved) located within one block walking distance from 1801 L Street NW, Washington D.C. 20006. Please see the Statement of Work on page 10 for full specifications. Period of Performance requested: Base Year: ���������April 1, 2021 � March 31, 2022 Option Year I:��� April 1, 2022 � March 31, 2023 Option Year II:�� April 1, 2023 � March 31, 2024 This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 812930. Please review Quote Instructions on Page 14. �Quotes that do not meet or exceed the required specification will not be found Technically Acceptable and will not be considered any further. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-priced contract resulting from this solicitation to the Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) vendor.
