Description
This requirement will be competed and awarded under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to select one Contractor from the subject solicitation.� This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED.� The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price purchase order. The Maine Army National Guard (MEARNG) intends to host a Youth Camp to provide training and resources for military youth in the State of Maine. Description of Services: The contractor shall provide two (2) Registered Nurses, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary, except as specified in Paragraph 3.0 as Government Furnished, to perform Medical Services, as defined in this PWS. Services to be provided in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Department of Labor, SCA wage determination and attached documents. Period of Performance (PoP): The Period of Performance shall be from July 11-24, 2021 Place and Performance of Services: The contractor shall provide services between the hours of 07:30 (7:30 am) � 21:30 (9:30 pm) with on-call availability 24/7 during off hours. Departure date/time is 4pm on the 24 July 2021. Performance shall be at Bog Brook Training Area Administrative Building, Gilead, Maine. Special Qualifications: a) Nurse: Valid Maine Registered Nurse (RN), Level 2, reviews patient records, performs various diagnostic tests, administers medications, and develops patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals. Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients. b)� At least two (2) years of nursing experience in pediatric, school, camp, outpatient or emergency care within the past three years is required. c)� Current American Red Cross or equivalent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification. The award will be made based on the most advantageous quote that is determined to represent the best value to the Government, with appropriate consideration given to the three (3) evaluation factors.
