- Amendment AM0004 - (see amendment attachment) Clyde Atkins Lobby Expansion and Security Enhancement GC Services located at 301 North Miami Avenue, Miami FL 33128. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following in reference to Solicitation Number 47PE0321R0001 forthe General Contractor (GC) Services for the Clyde Atkins Lobby Expansion and Security Enhancements Project. - Governments response to the RFI's submitted; - 2nd Pre-proposal Site Visit Sign-in Sheet held February 16, 2021; - Revised Specs for: 01 31 00 Project Management and Coordination REVISED 02/23/2021; 09 26 00 GypsumDrywall REVISED� 02/15/21; 09 68 00 Carpet Tile REVISED 02/23/2021 Please be mindful that all proposals shall be submitted in accordance with theSolicitation to the Contracting Officer (CO), Michael Reece at michael.reece@gsa.gov and a carbon copy (cc:) to the Contract Specialist at dellice.mcelroy@gsa.gov. *************** Amenement AM0003 - (See corrected Amendment attachment) Clyde Atkins Lobby Expansion and Security Enhancement GC Services located at 301 North Miami Avenue, Miami FL 33128. CORRECTION: The sign-in sheet was missing a page in the attachment. The time due for the attendees for the 2nd Site Visit should have been ""no later than 12 p.m."" Amenement AM0003 - (See Amendment attachments) Clyde Atkins Lobby Expansion and Security Enhancement GC Services located at 301 North Miami Avenue, Miami FL 33128. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following in reference to Solicitation Number 47PE0321R0001 for the General Contractor Services for the Clyde Atkins Lobby Expansion and Security Enhancements Project: - Governments response to the RFI's submitted; - Pre-proposal Site Visit Sign-in Sheet dated February 3, 2021; and - The submission date for all questions/RFI's is Tuesday, February 16, 2021 - Inform of a second pre-proposal Site Visit/Meeting held on February 17, 2021 at 1:30 p.m. All attendees must be submitted to Project Manager (PM) Josh Lockwood at josh.lockwood@gsa.gov no later than close of business February 11, 2021. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide�Government responses to�RFI's submitted in regards to Solicitation No. 47PE0321R0001 for the Clyde Atkins Lobby Expansion and Security Enhancement GC Services. *************** Amendment AM0001 -� (See Amendment attachments) Clyde Atkins Lobby Expansion and Security Enhancement GC Services located at 301 North Miami Avenue, Miami FL 33128. The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:� � � �- �Change the Pre-proposal date from January 20, 2021 to February 3, 2021 (page 5 of the Solicitation). Please contact Josh Lockwood at josh.lockwood@gsa.gov no later than January 27, 2021 to register for� � � � � site access; and � � �- �To extend the Proposal Due Date from February 16, 2021 to March 2, 2021 (page 6 of the Solicitation). Also, for further clarification, the following has been removed as a requirement from the solicitation (page 6): � � ""In the event of a discrepancy, the PDF copy, on the compact disc or USB flash drive, shall be the controlling document."" *************************** The project involves the approximate +/-10,894sf expansion,�renovation, and security upgrade to the existing 1st floor entry�lobby at� the C. Clyde Atkins U.S. Courthouse in downtown Miami,�Florida. Work also occurs in the Exterior Plaza Area, Basement�Secure Parking Garage, 2nd Floor, 3rd Floor, and 4th level Roof.�General description of work includes interior/exterior demolition,�new unitized, blast rated curtainwall, new hurricane rated aluminum�storefront, new interior finishes, new spray on closed cell insulation�system, new screening station, motorized sun shades, ballistic�rated transaction windows, ballistic rated door assembly, gun�lockers, freestanding glass partitions, patch/repair of existing�finishes, minor roof flashing work, new interior signage, new� crowd�control queueing system, structural steel and steel reinforcing, new�ADA group restrooms, new ADA Family Restroom, new exterior�ADA ramp & handrail assembly, mechanical, electrical, plumbing,�fire protection, envelope commissioning, third party envelope�testing, freestanding & in place blast curtainwall mock-ups,�temporary screening station & security infrastructure, temporary�lighting & cooling, & permanent security infrastructure. There are three(3) construction options. If funding is available then�the government will potentially exercise the options for rest room,�rotunda ceiling and plague.
