- THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI).� This announcement is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ).� GSA is not at this time seeking proposals or quotations and will not accept unsolicited proposals or quotations. The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Office of General Supplies and Services (GSS), Office of Acquisition Management (AM), Central Office Acquisition Division, Internal Acquisition Division (QSABB) is seeking information regarding a contractor�s capability to provide Engineering Technical Support Services support at the following GSS Acquisition Centers: (1) Northeast Supply and Acquisition Center (New York City, New York), (2) Heartland Supply and Acquisition Center (Kansas City, Missouri), and (3) Southwest Supply and Acquisition Center (Fort Worth, Texas). To achieve this goal in an economically viable way, GSA is issuing this RFI to engage its vendor partners� experience, capability, recommendations, and interest. �This RFI is meant to achieve the following goals: 1.�� Gain feedback from industry and any other relevant stakeholders on the feasibility of this concept. 2. � Better understand how industry would achieve optimal performance and efficiency in meeting the above goals; and 3. � Identify concerns and potential barriers to full implementation of a concept to achieve the goals. The potential project scope and description is identified below. GSA is seeking industry feedback on the scope and other aspects of the potential project. Responses to this RFI are due by 5:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST), March 24, 2021 and shall be emailed marked with the subject line �RFI � RFQ1477940 - Engineering Technical Support Services� to Contracting Officers, Carlton Benton (carlton.benton@gsa.gov) and Sarah Duncan (sarah.duncan@gsa.gov).�
