- Page 2 of 2 PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) intends to award a sole source contract to Data Innovations, LLC for providing instrument manager interface support and maintenance on Data Innovations equipment and software. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The Alexandria VA Medical Center located in Pineville, Louisiana has a requirement for a contractor to provide management, personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision necessary to complete all work associated with performing instrument manager interface support and maintenance on the Data Innovations equipment and software. Based on market research, and previous acquisition history, it has been determined that Data Innovations, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing all the required instrument manager interface support and maintenance on the Data Innovations equipment and software to include software and hardware upgrade services in accordance with original equipment manufacturer requirements. This notice is being distributed solely through the General Services Administration's website at https://beta.sam.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The North American Classification System Code (NAICS) is 511210, Software Publishers. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Surella Tracy by email at surella.tracy@va.gov , no later than Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 4:30pm (Central Time). Only emailed responses will be considered. Information received will be utilized solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is at the sole discretion of the Government.
