- February 25, 2021 Update: 1. The Industry Day scheduled for 4 March 2021 has been POSTPONED. The new date is scheduled for 8 April 2021 at 9AM. 2. If your company has already submitted a registration form for the event your information has already been recorded and there is no need to resubmit the registration form. 3. U.S. Army PEO C3T - PM I2S - PdM CPI2 Industry Day The Army�s Program Executive Office Command Control Communications-Tactical (PEO C3T), Product Manager for Command Post Integrated Infrastructure (PdM CPI2), in support of the Project Manager Interoperability, Integration and Services (PM I2S) will host a virtual Industry Day on Thursday, March 4, 2021 to answer industry questions and receive Industry feedback regarding the content of the CPI2 Increment (Inc) 1 Request For Information (RFI). The CPI2 Inc1 Special Notice RFI closed on 2 Feb 2021 but it can be found at the following site, https://beta.sam.gov/opp/8dfc8a4cbbc840a0a317d34c67a26855/view. This event will provide an opportunity for industry to ask questions on the CPI2 Inc1 effort to acquisition and contracting officials within our project management offices; learn about current support efforts; and receive a high-level forecast of future support efforts. Mission areas include engineering, integration, training, fielding, logistics, and other technical areas. The goal of the PdM CPI2 Industry Day is to assist industry partners and interested government organizations in identifying and aligning their efforts with Army tactical network modernization priorities. The Government will not hear formal bids from industry during the event, as the purpose of the event is for PdM CPI2 to brief its current active efforts and potential upcoming opportunities to help industry better understand Army network requirements and shape its internal development effort. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, this event will be held VIRTUAL ONLY via the Microsoft Teams platform. Participants must register per instructions below. General questions about Industry Day may be submitted to the CPI2 Contracting mailbox at: usarmy.apg.acc.mbx.cpi2-inc11@mail.mil.����������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������������� � REGISTRATION INFORMATION: All persons who wish to attend the virtual Industry Day must register no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on February 25, 2021.�To register, please send an email with the subject line �CPI2 Industry Day Registration� along with the completed Industry Day Registration Form to CPI2 Contracting mailbox at usarmy.apg.acc.mbx.cpi2-inc11@mail.mil. Only individuals who have registered via email to attend the Industry Day will be provided the meeting information. Meeting information shall NOT BE FORWARDED. The Industry Day Registration Form can be found as an attachment to this announcement. Each company should submit ONE (1) email containing the completed Registration Form. All CPI2 acquisition questions submitted by the response date/time will be answered during the CPI2 Industry Day held on 4 Mar 2021. Questions will be answered with anonymity to the asking company/vendor. Companies may be allotted time to ask questions at the conclusion of the briefing presentation. There is no fee to attend this virtual event. It is not required to have participated in a previous Industry Day, forum, or any other event, or be a current PEO C3T or Army vendor, in order to register for this meeting.�On March 1, 2021�registered vendors will receive a confirmation email with the Microsoft Teams link.� ONE ON ONE MEETINGS: �All one on one meetings will be held virtually. Companies must inform the Government of their interest in one on one meetings when registering for the Industry Day. Companies will be responsible for setting up and sending the meeting platform invitation on the specified day/time. The CPI2 Government Team will contact the company point of contact with the date/time/duration information. POTENTIAL OPPORTUNITIES: Following the event, the Government intends to leverage industry input into potential requirements. Please note, this announcement is for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, an Invitation For Bid (IFB), a Request For Quotation (RFQ), or a Request For Proposal (RFP), and is not an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. The Government is not obligated to make an award as a result of this announcement or any event. No entitlement to payment of direct costs, indirect costs, or charges to the Government will arise as a result of industry preparing, attending, and/or submitting responses to this announcement or for the Government�s use of such information submitted. FINAL NOTE: The U.S. Army will make every effort to hold the PdM CPI2 Industry Day at the times, dates, and locations specified. The U.S. Army holds the right to cancel the event for any reason up to and including the day of the event. In the event that the U.S. Army must cancel the event, the U.S. Army will not be responsible for costs incurred in preparation for the event. If the event is cancelled, notice will be posted on this website and an email will be sent to all registered participants.
