W9128F21R0033 - On or about�12 March 2021, the government intends to issue one solicitiation for a $240M Unrestricted (UNR) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Environmental Remediation Services under NAICS code 562910, Environmental Remediation Services, in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Northwestern Division, Omaha District.� The geographical boundaries include the USACE Northwestern Division and existing customers. The successful Offeror shall provide services at sites within the geographic boundaries of the contract in accordance with the scope of this contract. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District intends to use competitive Source Selection Procedures in accordance with the provisions set forth in this solicitation, Federal Acquisition� Regulation� (FAR)� Part� 15.3,� Department� of� Defense� Federal� Acquisition� Regulation� Supplement (DFARS) 215.3, Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS) 5115.3, Department of Defense Source Selection Procedures dated 1 April 2016, and the Army Source Selection Supplement (AS3) to the Department of Defense Source Selection Procedures dated 28 November 2017. The Government intends to solicit and award an Unrestricted Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with a total contract capacity of $240M with a target of up to ten (10) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts in�the MATOC.�The MATOC will have Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) task orders. A minimum guarantee of $2,500 will be obligated at the time of base contract award, if the first task order is not available at that time. The base ordering period for this MATOC is three (3) years. There will be one (1) optional ordering period of two (2) years, with a total ordering period up to five (5) years from the date of contract award, with an option to extend the MATOC an additional six (6) months in accordance with FAR Clause 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services. The Government�s decision to exercise an option will be contingent upon satisfactory contractor past performance and an informal survey of current market conditions. �The decision to exercise the option is at the discretion of the Government.� Offerors: Please be advised that an online registration requirement in System for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ exists and directed solicitation provisions concerning electronic annual Representations and Certifications on SAM.� Representations and certifications are required to be up-dated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.� The electronic annual representations and certifications are effective for one year from date of submission or update to SAM. Solicitation documents will be posted to the web via http://beta.SAM.gov.�� Registration is required to access solicitation documents.
