- The purpose of this amendment is to clarify and address ambiguities within the Government�s requirements identified during the course of initial proposal evaluations. 1.�Amendments made to the following attachments to clarify requirements and address ambiguities: � � � � � � � � � � � Statement of Work (SOW), dated 22 February 2021 � � � � � � � � � � � Section L, dated 22 February 2021 � � � � � � � � � � � Section M, dated 22 February 2021 Change pages are located at the beginning of each document to identify the revisions made by the Government.� Due to these changes, the Government requests offerors provide revised proposals to become the new proposal of record for evaluations no later than 1:00 PM MST Thursday, 18 March 2021.� Proposals shall be submitted through DoD SAFE (https://safe.apps.mil/) and shall be marked as ""CUI For Official Use Only� and �Source Selection Information � See FAR 2.101 and FAR 3.104.� A drop-off request is necessary to submit the updated proposal through DoD SAFE. Once offerors proposal is ready for submission a drop-off request can be requested through the POCs below. It is recommended that offerors send a separate email to the below contacts notifying them once a proposal update has been submitted.� PCO: Sarah Cole @ Sarah.Cole.7@us.af.mil Buyer: Miranda Brown @ Miranda.Brown.3@us.af.mil 2.�The following clauses have been incorporated into the solicitation due to interim rule changes: � � � � � � � � � � � �DFARS 252.204-7019 Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements � � � � � � � � � � � �DFARS 252.204-7020 Notice of NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Requirements The above clauses were added due to the DoDs interim rule published on September 29, 2020 which amends the DFARS to implement (1) new requirements for a �NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment Methodology� and (2) the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program. The amendment is to add additional cybersecurity measures to those already required under DFARS 252.204-7012 Safeguarding Covered Defense Information and Cyber Incident Reporting. � � � � � � � � � � � �DFARS 252.222-7999 Combating Race and Sex Stereotyping (DEVIATION 2021-O0001) This clause is newly established and is required in all solicitations that include the clause at FAR 52.222-26 Equal Opportunity and are issued on or after 20 November 2020. 3. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
