Description: Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions submitted. - - - Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to make changes to Section B, Section F, Section H, and make other changes as well as add extra attachments. - - - - - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation competed in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Library of Congress (Library) requires contractor support to provide deacidifcation of bound volumes of Library materials (various books by weight)�found to be on acidic paper.
