- Solicitation W911SA-21-Q-3035 will be issued on or about 25 February 2021 and can be accessed at beta.sam.gov.� This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services for the Commemorative Area at Fort McCoy, WI located at the B901 South S Street, 900 block of the Fort McCoy, WI Installation.� This will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the period of performance from 1-April-2021 (or subsequent date) to 31-January -2022 with four (4) one year option periods from February 1 through January 31, and a six month option to extend services. A site visit will be held Tuesday March 9th, 2021 at 10:00 AM Central Time at the B901 South S Street, 900 block of the Fort McCoy, WI Installation. Written questions must be furnished to the Government no later than March 12, 2021 @ 10:00 AM Central time. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged.� Vendors interested in this solicitation should access beta.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments.� Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.�
