Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock (NSWCCD) intends to enter into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00167-21-G-0002 in support of the Virginia Class Submarine Propulsor.� The BOA will include inspection, repair, alteration, and replacement of Government Furnished Material, Propulsor hardware, tooling, and associated support equipment for in-service units and new construction.� NSWCCD intends to place the BOA N00167-21-G-0002 with Rolls-Royce Marine North America Inc. (RRMNA) located at 110 Norfolk Street, Walpole, MA 02081-1704, and to issue orders for a five year period estimated to begin in May 2021.� Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one or a limited number of responsible sources an no other types of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement will be a sole source procurement in accordance with Class Justification & Approval 41,494 dated 09 September 2019, which determined RRMNA as the only responsible source for these requirements.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Companies interested in submitting subcontracting opportunities should contact Rolls-Royce Marine North America, Inc. directly. � Offerors interested in obtaining information about this announcement shall submit requests in writing to the Contract Specialist, Tricia Folts, at patricia.folts@navy.mil and the Contracting Officer, Jonathan Mauro, at Jonathan.Mauro@navy.mil.��
