- Sources Sought Avaya Telephone Switch THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado is seeking potential sources for purchase and installation of Avaya Telephone Switch System.� Please see Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement for complete hardware and installation requirements. The recommended North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334210 - Switching equipment, telephone, and manufacturing, with a size standard of 1,250 employees. Please accompany your capability statement submission with answers to the questions below: Are you able to fulfill the hardware, configuration and installation requirement in its entirety? Do you anticipate any challenges? If so what are they? Do you have any questions on the PWS? Are there areas that require additional clarification and/or information? If so, please submit. Do you have a suggested NAICS Code (other than the one selected) for this purchase? If so, please provide it and supporting rationale. Is your business categorized as a small business under the anticipated NAICS code of 334210 � Switching equipment, telephone, and manufacturing? Please identify any Small Business Socio-economic programs your businesses is eligible for. Do you intend to provide a quote for this requirement? How many days would you need to draft a quote? Provide any additional questions or comments related to the requirement. All responses will be posted.
