Description

The U.S.Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District has a requirement for Chemical Toilet Services, Rogue Basin Project, Trail, Oregon (Jackson County).� This is a firm-fixed-price request for proposal (RFP) with a Base Year and four option years.� The Contractor must perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations in the completion of work.� This procurement is 100% total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 562991-Septic Tank Related Services�with a small business size standard of $8M. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://beta.sam.gov/ prior to submission of quotations to be eligible for award. Lack of SAM registration will make a contractor ineligible for award.
