Description: The scope of PANDABA includes scientific, engineering, analysis, modeling and simulation, computational, computer model development, database development, management and support, and verification and validation services for AFRL/RD. The contractor shall accomplish sensitivity analysis for mission level simulations to determine what capability the directed energy technology needs to provide analysis to the warfighters. Results of studies and experiments shall be documented in briefings and in the study or experiment report.
