Description

Changes to the original SOW Hot Springs, SD EHRM Please see the attached updated SOW dated 2-26-21 This modification changes the estimated construction cost in the SOW from $20,475,000 to $18,427,500 in the following section: 3. DESIGN WITHIN FUNDING LIMITATIONS The design shall be prepared by the A/E so as to permit the award of a construction contract, using Federal Acquisition Regulation procedures for the construction of the facilities, at a cost that does not exceed the project s estimated construction cost (ECC) of $20,475,000 $18,427,500. Included in design will be 10% worth of deducts to ensure that a construction contract can be issued for the VA s budgeted amount. And in the following Section adds the following after the last existing paragraph. 12. PROPOSED PROJECT SCHEDULE/PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The AE shall design a construction schedule window of 273 calendar days with the intent to align with the following: Construction Award: *2-1-22 Construction Complete: *11-1-22 *Note these are estimated dates and subject to change. Addition to Section 5 - PHASE I SF330 SELECTION CRITERIA in FACTOR 1 of SF330 Request Hot Springs, SD EHRM This modification ADDS the following instruction TO Factor 1 - Professional Qualifications in section 5. PHASE I SF330 SELECTION CRITERIA: Offer must include the following statement of SDVOSB compliance when submitting the personnel proposed to perform the work under this requirement: I [signatory authority]___________________, [company] __________________ certify that the team proposed to perform under this requirements demonstrates the capability of 50% SDVOSB performance in compliance of 48 CFR 852.219-10
