**Amendment 002: This Amendment 002 is posted to provide notice to industry, that the RFI�Submittal Date have been extended. � Electronic responses to this request for information must be received via email to the Contracting Officer, Christine Yezzo at Christine.yezzo@faa.gov with a copy provided to Jennifer.ferrara@faa.gov no later than 5 PM (EDT) on 03/26/2021. For general awarenss, the FAA is reviewing questions received from industry relative to this RFI. Responses will be posted as Amendment 003 on or about March 03, 2021. **Amendment 001: This Amendment 001 is posted to provide notice to industry, that responses to this RFI are to be UNCLASSIFIED.** The Federal Aviation Administration�s (FAA) Primary Surveillance and Broadcast Services Branch, located at the William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) in Atlantic City, NJ �is seeking to identify collaborative partners (CP) that have experience with passive non-cooperative surveillance technologies to investigate whether these technologies can be used to provide terminal surveillance as outlined in the attached Draft Statement of Work (SOW). In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1, the FAA is conducting a market survey to determine industry interest and capabilities to determine the capability of industry to enter into a Cooperative Research and Development Agreement (CRADA) with industry to evaluate the extent to which passive non-cooperative surveillance technology may be used to replace or complement existing terminal surveillance systems utilized throughout the National Airspace System (NAS).
