Description

1. The purpose of the amendment to the solicitation is to 1) address questions received in response to the solicitation 2) Incorporation of Attachment 9 in Attachment A Performance Work Statement is hereby incorporated and 3) Extend the solicitation response date to 3/3/2021 at 12:00 pm EST. 2. Questions Question 1: [p]revious contract price for this project? Answer 1: The contract price for VA786-16-C-0021 [Fort Sam Houston AND San Antonio Grounds Maintenance Services] was $3,216,016.95. This contract provided services for both cemeteries. The contract price for the San Antonio grounds portion of this contract was $214,440.31. Question 2: Will another solicitation for the same services as RFQ 36C78621Q0106 be advertised with a contract start date of October 1, 2021? Answer 2: Yes. That is the government s intent. Question 3: Please verify the total headstones and flat markers. Answer 3: The estimate is correct. The quantities provided in the schedule are estimates only. The total number of headstones and markers increases over time due to new burials. 3. Revised Attachment 9 of Attachment A Performance Work Statement is hereby incorporated.
