- U.S. GOVERNMENT Seeks to lease Conditioned Storage Space in Kansas City, Missouri State: Missouri Delineated Area: See attached map Minimum Sq. Ft. ABOA 85,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. ABOA: 87,500 Space Type: Record storage, office, and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Full Term: 20 years with termination rights after 90 days Firm Term: 15 years Additional Requirement: 15� minimum clear height. Sprinklered. Minimum of 2 loading docks directly adjacent to the leased space. 2 parking spaces sized for 65 foot long semi-trailers. Minimum parking ratio of 1 space for every 2,000 RSF leased. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.� A fully serviced lease is required.� The lease shall be net of electricity.� Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any); Date of space availability; Building ownership information; Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.
