- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, NEKOTA Major Acquisition Buying Office (MABO) intends to issue a solicitation for a firm fixed price contract for work to provide all labor, equipment and material necessary for removing existing concrete around Delta-09 vault toilet building and to pour/install new concrete to the asphalt parking lot Minuteman Missile National Historic Site Launch Facility Parking Lot. SOLICITATION NO: 140P6321Q0024 LOCATION: Minuteman Missile National Historic Site, Delta-09 Launch Facility Parking Lot, 195th Avenue, Exit 116 off Interstate 90, Wall, SD 57790 MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Less than $25,000 NAICS CODE: The associated NAICS code is 238110, Poured Concrete Foundation and Structure Contractors. The small business size standard is $16.5 million. NOTICE OF SET ASIDE: This project is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) SCHEDULE: The government anticipates that work will begin May 2021with an anticipated performance period of 30 days. SITE VISIT: A date and time for the site visit will be specified in the solicitation. The official solicitation package and its attachments will be issued within the next 7 days and will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov searching Contract Opportunities Attachments/Links. This is a preliminary notice of a solicitation that will follow. The specific date and time will be announced in the solicitation that will follow this notice. No hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation will be provided.
