- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal (RFP), request for quote (RFQ), or invitation for bid (IFB). No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for South Carolina �is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide�the building supplies as listed the attachment. The vendor must be able to provide the supplies on or before 15 April 2021 to 1025 Armory Road, Chester, SC 29706. The Government will not provide any assistance in unloading supplies and there is no unloading dock. Interested vendors are encouraged to submit a response to this notice with a statement of interest on company letterhead. When responding, in Subject line insert: Sources Sought SCARNG Building Supplies.� As a minimum, the following information shall be provided: 1. Company Name; 2. Company Mailing Address; 3. Point(s) of Contact including telephone number(s) & email address(es); 4. Socio-Economic Business Status (i.e. Small/Large Business, HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, 8(a), etc.); 5. NAICS Codes; 6. Cage Code 7. DUNS Number; 8. Expiration date of vendors System for Award Management (SAM) registration. 7. If your firm holds a GSA schedule that includes these building supplies, please list the GSA SIN # and GSA Contract Number from which the supplies may be purchased against. Additionally state which items are on the vendors GSA schedule and which items would be open market items. 8. Product information - this can include a website link from which product information can be viewed; 9. Published price list; and� 10. Identification of where product is manufactured. 11. Statement that the vendor can provide the supplies on or before the delivery date of 15 April 2021 at the desired address. BASED ON THE RESPONSES TO THIS SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE/MARKET RESEARCH, THIS REQUIREMENT MAY BE SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES (IN FULL OR IN PART), PROCURED THROUGH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION.� SOLICITED ON THE OPEN MARKET OR RESTRICTED TO COMPETITION AGAINST AN EXISTING ORDERING VEHICLE (i.e. GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS), Other Agency Multiple Award Contract (MAC) or Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)). All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Any combination of previously stated may be utilized. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. The Government is not obligated to nor will it pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought request. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. Any additional inquiries concerning the building supplies are to be made by email to Blake S. Cromer at blake.s.cromer.civ@mail.mil before the posted closing date.
