- Description
- USTRANSCOM is a unified, four-star combatant command which provides global transportation and logistics support to U.S. military combatant commands, military services, defense agencies, and other U.S. Government organizations. USTRANSCOM conducts globally integrated mobility operations, leads the broader Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE), and provides enabling capabilities in order to project and sustain the Joint Force in support of national objectives. Given the complexity and criticality of the JDDE mission, the headquarters and its component commands manage a supporting portfolio of diverse business capabilities and IT solutions. To proactively and holistically lead enterprise responses to disruptive forces, an enterprise architecture (EA) tool is needed to identify and analyze the execution of change toward USTRANSCOMs vision and desired outcomes. USTRANSCOM is seeking Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) software solutions and short-term integration support that possess the capability to identify, prioritize, develop, procure, and manage integrated mission requirements and capabilities. USTRANSCOM is interested in learning about available COTS software suites addressing foundational enterprise architecture capabilities such as integration across multiple frameworks, business process modeling and engineering support. The solution must be deployable in an Information Level (IL) 4/6 DoD-approved Cloud Service Providers (CSP) environment and be able to meet required security controls resulting in an approved Authority to Operate (ATO). Additionally, the solution must be scalable to support over one hundred users with varying roles and permission levels required based upon user needs.
