Description

The MCI East Regional Contracting Office, located aboard MCAS Cherry Point, NC 28533, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a delivery order to Immix Technology, Inc. (CAGE: 3CA29), 8444 Westpark Dr, Ste. 200, McLean, VA� 22102-5112 on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6(a)(2), Limiting sources, posting. The Fleet Readiness Center East (FRC-E), MCAS Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for Arbortext Print Composer and Styler Software Licenses and Support.� Market Research has determined that Immix Technology, Inc. is the authorized reseller of Arbortext software products through DoD ESI.� Therefore, the Government intends to place a task order against DoD ESI BPA No.: N66001-19-A-0054.� THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses received as a result of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
