Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order, and is required by FAR 5.203. Pursuant to 13.1061(b), the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with Bridge to India, located C 8/5 DLF 1 Gurgaon (Delhi NCR) 122001 Haryana, India for Bridge to India Research Services. Bridge to India is the only vendor to provide India Specific Solar information on the solar market in India.. Anticipated award date is March 19, 2021. The award includes access to India Solar Compass, India RE Weekly, and India Renewable Market Briefs. The anticipated period of performance is one base year and four option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 519130 with the size standard of $15 million. The intent of this notice is not to request competitive proposals, and any information received from interested parties will only be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether a competitive procurement should be conducted. However ,interested parties may submit a description of their firm's capabilities for satisfying this requirement, which demonstrates they possess the ability to successfully perform this effort. The responses must be received by March 15, 2021 at 12:00 PM EST.
