- EXHIBIT H ALL REGION 6 VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO SELF-STATUS THEIR RESOURCE(S) IN IROC. To access IROC, Vendors must have a NAP Account. Click on the following link to learn how to request a NAP Account and to self-status your resource(s): https://sites.google.com/site/factvendorresources/ EXHIBIT I REGION 6 MOU TRAINING PROVIDERS: All persons working under this agreement requiring wildland fire training shall utilize an approved training provider to meet agreement requirements in Section D.3.1 ? TRAINING/EXPERIENCE ? Training can be obtained from Region 1 or Region 6 accepted MOU Training Providers. https://sites.google.com/site/factcontractoperations/ ? If training has been taken from other entities or in other Regions where formal agreements are in place with the US Forest Service for that entity to train vendor owned resources those can be accepted after the certificates have been vetted through the PNWCG Training Committee. Training taken by providers not listed on the Region 6 FACT website will cause the resource to become noncompliant during the pre-use inspection. REGION 6 MOU RECORDS VERIFICATION PROVIDERS: Records verification is required for all employees whose positions require additional training beyond RT-130. Employees that only require RT-130 are not required to have their records verified. It is the Vendor?s responsibility to select/contact a Records Verification Provider and make arrangements for training records verification. Vendors must pay for the cost for this service. Cost will not be posted, therefore, you will need to make contact with the inspection provider to determine pricing. ? Region 6 MOU Records Verification Providers - https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xppvhCKLwWSx9O1cJFVtqPWDfqAvRLVO/view Employees records must be validated in accordance to PMS 310-1. Purpose is to evaluate wildland fire ICS position standards, qualification and currency requirements sufficient to accurately determine wildland fire personnel positions qualification. Employees who work on both the IFCA and VIPR agreements may have their qualifications above FFT2 verified by ODF, USFS will accept ODF verification. FFT2 records must be verified by a MOU Provider. Incident Identification Qualification Cards shall be signed by the MOU Provider before any employee is eligible to accept any wildland fire assignment. All personnel must have a valid incident card when accepting an assignment. Without this validation for employees, it could result in release of equipment/resource at the incident and therefore travel to and from the incident would not be paid. Forest Service Contract Operations will no longer Validate/Approve any employees records. Upon receipt of a written request from an employee or previous employee, vendor will provide copies of all documentation of training and experience to the employee within 10 days.
