- This Amendment 01 is to post the Question & Answers (Q&As), revise the SF 1449 to change the NAICS code and revise the SOW for Seed Project# 1 to include the field supervisor license requirement.� With these changes, the following documents are attached: 1) SF 30 - Amendment 01 2)� Question & Answers (Q&As) 3) Revised SF 1449� 4) Seed Project# 1 Revised Attachment 7, SOW - Herbicide Treatment REMINDER:� The RFP due date is 10 March 2021, 1200PM EST. NOTE: The government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. Original Post 17 Feb 2021: The intent of this�combined synopsis and solicitation is to�award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for Reforestation/NNIS (Non-Native Invasive Species) Forestry�Support for the Francis-Marion & Sumter National Forests and the Savannah River Site (SRS) in South Carolina. Work to be covered under this result award include, but not limited to, chemical site preparation, mechanical site preparation, tree planting, manual cutting timber stand improvement, mechanized cutting timber stand improvement, non-native invasive plants (NNIP) treatments, hemlock woolly adelgid insecticide treatment, pre-commercial thinning and mastication.� The resultant BPA(s) will be for a 12-month base and four 12-month option years for a maximum of $6.5Mil over the life of the contract.� The Savannah River Site is a restricted access site and all personnel must adhere to specific requirements; see Attachment 6, Special Contract Requirements for details. The Contractor shall furnish all labor (sufficient personnel), materials, and equipment (Including safety equipment), tools, transportation (Including enclosed, insulated cargo trailer), supervision, and perform all work required to machine plant (and hand plant when applicable) pine seedlings in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the BPA. Basis for award is evaluation of commercial items as listed in Solicitation Provisions, Evaluations Factors for Award on Page 32 of the RFP Body. The government reserves the right to make partial awards to more than one vendor if deemed necessary. To be awarded this BPA and subsequent BPA Calls, Contractors MUST be active in SAM at the time solicitations are due as prescribed in FAR 52.204-7. The Forest Service reserves the right to award one or multiple BPA�s. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Firm Fixed price, Blanket Purchase Agreement. The Requirement shall be procured in accordance with Subpart 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code associated with this procurement is 115112 Soil Preparation, Planting, and Cultivating $8.00Mil and the Primary Service Code (PSC) is F099 NATURAL RESOURCES/CONSERVATION. The anticipated period of performance is from date of award is for 12-months with four 12-month Option Years. Project specifications will be defined in each individual BPA Call.
