Amendment 0001 - Provides questions and answers The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 and Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. �Proposals are being requested and a formal written solicitation will be included as part of this submission, which is Request for Quotation No. N64498-21-Q-5047. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561210 with a small business size standard of $41,500,000. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.� The Best Value Tradeoff Source Selection Process will be utilized.� This office will not accept any telephonic, written, or faxed requests for a copy of the solicitation.
