- THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.). The offeror represents as part of its offer that [ ] does [ ] does not meet the definition of Indian economic enterprise as defined in 14.80.201. Requirement: School & District Improvement Collaborative (SDI): The Collaborative group develops and disseminates resources and promising practices to help states address the implications of COVID-19 on school improvement. The Collaborative will develop and release a strategy for advancing equity in districts and schools through state school improvement systems of support. This will include establishing state goals for school improvement efforts with an explicit focus on support for CSI and TSI identified schools and identifying more rigorous state determined options for schools that do not demonstrate improvement. The Collaborative group will continue to collaborate with peers and subject matter experts to develop strategies for supporting districts and school improvement. Assessment, Standards, & Education for Students with Disabilities (ASES): SY2020-2021, members will be leading the response to support states as they address the implications of everything from a missed year of assessment for students with disabilities to providing remote education and related services to students with disabilities. The national conversation will be through webinars, meetings, and reports to help peers effectively respond to this new reality while continuing to push the boundaries to improve the educational landscape for our students. Members will join nationally recognized experts for conversations on equity, special education, instruction, and assessment to identify and disseminate ways states can improve social, emotional, and academic outcomes for all students. The due date for responses to this RFQ shall be sent via email to karen.cooper@bia.gov, no later than 3:00 PM Eastern Time, March 05, 2021. Any submissions received after the date and time specified herein will NOT be considered for award. Quotes must be submitted through email to karen.cooper@bia.gov.
