For #0011: I-123 Caps, what is the range or mCi amount? For #0011:I-123 Caps, does the department ever use 100 mCi ? For #0013: I-131 Caps, what is the mCi range? Are these caps diagnostic, therapeutic, both? For #0014: Tc99m, is the amount of 323 in terms of unit doses or mCi? For #0020: Sestamibi, what is the mCi range the department uses? For #0020: Sestamibi, Does the department strictly use Sestamibi for Cardiac or do they also use Myoview?  How many standard deliveries are required per day? Answer: For #0001: Co57, what is the camera model? We have Symbias for the sheet source, I don t have the info in front of me but I believe the other Co57 is a dose calibrator sealed source For #0011: I-123 Caps, what is the range or mCi amount? Up to .3-1.0 mCi For #0011:I-123 Caps, does the department ever use 100 mCi ? No For #0013: I-131 Caps, what is the mCi range? Are these caps diagnostic, therapeutic, both? Both, up to 300mCi For #0014: Tc99m, is the amount of 323 in terms of unit doses or mCi?
