- This requirement is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract for NSN 6680-01-058-1436, TRANSMITTER,LIQUID QUANTITY.� The requirement is being solicited on a Small Business Set-Aside.� This is a 1/C item and the OEM�s listed are: Lavi Systems, Inc. CAGE 0ADZ9, under Part Number T-101-F16. Liquid Measurement Systems, Inc, CAGE 0U418, under Part Number 3037-200. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334513.� Contract period is for one (1) base year with option to extend term of contract for four (4) one-year periods.� Estimated annual demand quantity is 139 each per base year and each option years.� Surge requirements does not apply.� Required delivery is 100 days ARO.� FOB Origin; Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required.� Export Control does apply; current Joint Certification Program registration is not required. �Contractor First Article Testing does apply .Hazardous may apply. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the Request for Proposal (RFP).� A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. �From the DIBBS Homepage, select Search RFPs.
