Description
Intend to Award Sole Source to: MUMPS AUDIOFAX, INC.� THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Defense Health Agency, Falls Church, VA intends� to award a firm fixed price sole source contract under the authority of�FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one source to: MUMPS AUDIOFAX, INC.,�744 W. LANCASTER AVE., STE 250, Wayne, PA 19087. �The objective of this sole source award is to acquire continued automated prescription refill requests, appointment / referral reminder notification for 9.6 million DoD beneficiaries and interoperability with the legacy and deploying Electronic Health Records (EHR), Composite Health Care System (CHCS) and MHS GENESIS respectively.� Interactive Voice Response (IVR) services for the Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs) are needed to support requirements for a standardized beneficiary centric automated telephony solution. Interoperability requirements as part of the transition from the legacy EHR necessitates a tri-phased approach, which entails supporting, (1) prescription refill requests and appointment / referral reminder notifications for the legacy system; (2) a dual connectivity capability, sustaining the legacy operations for one year, while simultaneously supporting prescription refill requests within MHS GENESIS; and (3) a full transition to MHS GENESIS interoperability sustainment. The Sole source is based on only one responsible source as MUMPS AUDIOFAX, INC.�is the only contractor that has the knowledge of the Defense Health Agency Pharmacy Rx Refill�system� .� The NAICS Code for this requirement is 511120; the small business size standard is $41.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All information received by 12:0000PM EST on March 5, 2021 may be considered by the Government.
