- NOTICE;� THIS UPDATE IS TO REMOVE THE PREVIOUS VERSION OF ATTACHMENT:� ""DRAFT RFP N6833521R0028 without Sections L and M"" WAS POSTED IN ERROR.� THE PREVIOUS VERSION SHOULD BE DELETED. THIS UPDATE INCLUDES THE CORRECT ATTACHMENT. ** NOTE:� The previous Notice ID number associated with this effort was N6833520R0214. Moving forward, the Notice ID number will be N6833521R0028. ** This DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP), without Sections L and M, is issued for informational purposes only to assist in developing the Final RFP. �This DRAFT RFP allows interested parties to submit questions and comments regarding the requirements and the acquisition itself.� NAWCAD Lakehurst will not accept or evaluate any proposals received in response to the DRAFT RFP.� This notice does not constitute a request for proposals and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose.� Not responding to the DRAFT RFP does not preclude anyone from submitting offers to the Final RFP.� Information contained herein is subject to change. The Government invites all interested parties to thoroughly review the DRAFT RFP in its entirety and to submit comments, questions, suggestions, discrepancies, inconsistencies and feedback using Attachment � SED C2S2 DRAFT RFP Questions and Comments template (provided in this posting).� We do not have an anticipated Final RFP release date at this time.� We encourage all interested parties to fully utilize this Draft RFP review period to help us address your questions and concerns about the requirements and the acquisition. NOTE:� Interested Parties are strongly encouraged to submit questions and comments as soon as possible because responses will be provided on a rolling basis.� �� RESPONSES REGARDING THE DRAFT RFP SHOULD BE SUBMITTED IN ACCORDING WITH THE FOLLOWING: Questions or comments should be submitted via e-mail to: Cheryl Abele at cheryl.a.abele@navy.mil no later than Monday, November 2, 2020 by 2:00pm EDT. The Government will provide responses to any questions submitted by 2:00PM EDT on Monday, November 2, 2020.� In addition, the Government will consider any additional questions/comments submitted after the posted response time when preparing the Final RFP, but is not obligated to provide answers to questions/comments submitted after the posted response time. Additionally, the DRAFT RFP is subject to change in the development of the Final RFP. NOTE:� THIS DRAFT RFP IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS.
