Description

The United States Coast Guard, Surface Forces Logistics Centers,�Norfolk, VA.�anticipates awarding this procurement to FOX MACHINERY ASSOCIATES (FMA) for parts and components for SAFAN DARLEY PRESS BRAKES AND SHEARS in the Mid- and North-Atlantic areas. This procurement will be made on behalf of the USCG IPF BOSTON.��Vendor will provide the part/supply stated in the solicitation description. �NAICS Code�that�applies to this procurement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. No solicitation will be issued, however all responses received on/before 0800�Eastern Time,�March 11th, 2020 will be reviewed by the Government. ��A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. �Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing the Contracting Officer, email address is: mayra.caballero@uscg.mil. The solicitation is restricted to: Fox Machinery Associates FMA Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. If no affirmative responses are received by the date specified above to determine whether a qualified source is more advantageous to the Government, a purchase order will be negotiated and awarded to Fox Machinery Associates FMA
