Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL hereby gives NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to John Tiller Software, Inc. to for a software upgrade in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Brief Description of Requirement: Squadron Officer College requires a software upgrade to the ADWAR program to make it suitable for mutli-player use on MAC platforms. Upgrade for the MAC should include the MAC ADWAR Main Program plus all supporting database, graphics, and sound effect files.� Documentation would be included specific to the MAC showing screenshots of the MAC version and include multi-player instructions. Scenario-specific files would be added by SOS faculty such as Orders of Battle and Scenario files. Squadron Officer School would have the unlimited non-terminating rights to the use of this version identical to their current use of the Windows PC version of ADWAR. A 1-year warranty for bug fixes to this version would be provided from the date of the final acceptance of the deliverable. � The deliverable for this project would be an installation for the MAC, including the MAC ADWAR Main Program and all supporting database, graphics, and sound effect files. Period of Performance: 1 Month Place of Performance: Maxwell AFB, AL The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, which contains a size standard $35.0 million. There will be no written solicitation issued. This is an intent to award a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Requirement utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The contractor needs to be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website https://www.sam.gov, and be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Register via the WAWF website https://wawf.eb.mil. Those capable of meeting the requirement IAW the SOW are requested to provide the following information in their response: Current capability that demonstrates your company's ability to meet the above requirement.
