- The Solicitation, W912DR21Q0033, will be issued for Janitorial services in State College, PA and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 561720 size standard of $19,500,000. The project has an anticipated performance period of 1 year from date of award with 4 option years. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform Janitorial services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the following locations: 310 SOUTH ALLEN STREET, STATE COLLEGE, PA PLANK RD COMMONS, 2770 OLD ROUTE 720, STES B34/35, ALTOONA, PA 1631 ATHERTON STREET, STATE COLLEGE, PA 204 E. CALDER WAY, STATE COLLEGE, PA NITTANY MALL, 2901 E COLLEGE AVE, SUITE 572, STATE COLLEGE, PA 242-246 SOUTH FRASER STREET, STATE COLLEGE, PA The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. Request for Information (RFI) shall be submitted via e-mail to nastashia.d.willoughby@usace.army.mil No Later than Friday, 12 March 2021 at 2:00 PM EST. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Tuesday, March 2, 2021, to all authenticated account holders at www.beta.sam.gov. �Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the BetaSAM system to access package.
