- THE WORK CONSISTS OF: �Provide all labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to mow and trim approximately five (5) acres of fine lawn; rough mow approximately one and a half (1.5) acres of lawn; Aeration of approximately two and three quarters (2.75) acres of lawn areas(entrance/green building/office/road ways), and spring/fall clean up on approximately five (5) acres.������������� This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $8 Million. ALL OFFERORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY OFFEROR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
