- Description
- The Southwest Regional Maintenance Center, San Diego (SWRMC) intends to issue a brand name limited sources solicitation to www.beta.sam.gov for direct replacement parts and components for the USS SAN DIEGO�s (LSD-22) port and starboard propulsion shafting bolts, nuts, and sleeves which comprise the ship�s main propulsion. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements IAW FAR 6.302-1(c). The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of these direct replacement parts is SKF USA, Inc. The repairs to the ship�s main propulsion are scheduled to be accomplished during an upcoming FY-21 Drydocking Selected Restricted Availability (DSRA). The resulting award will be a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price contract. The applicable NAICS will be ""332991"" Business size:�1250 (# of employees).
