Description

AMENDMENT 0002 Due to this requirement having to be compatible, transferable, and supported across the entire Training Schoolship program platform, FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal has been removed from this solicitation. �This Amendment incorporates this change and potential quoters are to submit their quotes based on the requirements of this Amendment. This will extend the solicitation due date to Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at 12:00 pm. EST. AMENDMENT 0001 Amendment issued to include additional system requirements, vendor's pricing submission quote sheet, and to extend the solicitation due date to 12:00 p.m. EST, Thursday, March 04, 2021. The U.S. Maritime Administration (MARAD), Norfolk, VA intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for Potential Offeror/Contractor to provide pricing for the purchase and delivery of a portable Sonosite EDGE II high-resolution, all-digital, ultrasound system onboard Training Ship KENNEDY located at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy, 101 Academy Drive, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532, in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ). The requested delivery date is on or about May 03, 2021. ATTENTION: Minority, Women-Owned, and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs). The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts. Maximum line of credit is $750,000 with interest at the prime rate, as published daily in the Wall Street Journal, plus 1.75 percent.
