THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR 100% NATIVE OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE UNDER THE BUY INDIAN ACT (25 U.S.C.) The offeror represents as part of its offer that it [ ] does [ ] does not meet the definition of Indian economic enterprise as defined in 14.80.201. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 140A2321Q0153 herein cited will be procured under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-03. DESCRIPTION: This acquisition is set aside 100% Native Owned Small Business. In order to participate in this solicitation, vendors MUST qualify under the following NAICS Code is 541490, Other Specialized Design Services $8.00 In order to participate on this solicitation. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall provide consisting of all labor, materials, equipment and supervision, transportation and incidentals necessary when providing Jemez Day School with a customize display sign. STATEMENT OF WORK: Statement of Work for Jemez Day for customized sign installation 1. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide customized sign installation Services for Jemez Day School. 2. PROJECT LOCATION: BIE - Jemez Day School PO Box 139 234 Day School Road Jemez, New Mexico 87024 3. SCOPE OF WORK: a) The contractor shall furnish L.E.D. Message Unit: RGB 2 Billion Colors 10mm 60 x 180 2ft x 6ft(tall x wide) 6ft x 2ft (tall x wide) 5inch square steel tube, structural support, (Height x Length) 7 30 Double Face. Wireless Bridge, Text, Pictures, Graphics, Video Animations, Time, and Temperature. Includes b) The contractor shall provide all installation and deliver c) Warranty: Warranty installation existing sign delivery warranty professional installation � new footer not applicable included � LTL4 Limited life time warranty. Warranty 5 years Parts replacement. d) Pitch/Resolution: 10mm Matrix: 60 x 180 (number of rows x columns of pixels). GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: QUOTE/PROPOSAL: Quotes/Proposals shall be itemized by parts, materials and labor and include NM State taxes. WORKING HOURS: Performance of refuse collection services for this project shall be performed during normal duty hours of 7:00 am to 3:30 pm each day unless other arrangements are made between the COR, school administration and the contractor prior scheduled pick up. PERFORMANCE: Performance time for this project is (60) days from Notice to Proceed. All work shall be completed in a professional manner. SAFETY: The contractor shall adhere to all BIA/BIE adopted codes and the contractor shall abide by all OSHA regulations while on school grounds and shall review all applicable safety regulations before beginning the project. The contractor shall practice safety precautions when entering and departing from the school campus. ACCESS: NM Jemez Day School Maintenance worker shall provide access to the School. The contractor shall minimize disruption of services and normal school activities. DAMAGES: Where existing surfaces are damaged, the contractor shall be repaired and finished to match existing structure. The contractor shall be responsible for replacement of any items (interior or exterior) damaged during the installation services. CLEANING: The contractor shall keep the pickup area reasonably clean. CHANGES: Any changes to this Statement of Work must be requested in writing and to the CONTRACTING OFFICER and COR.
