Request for Information/Sources Sought 36C10A20Q0317 Industry Input Needed This is a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing the requirement for Censitrac solutions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) 10, Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (VAMC) has a requirement for Censitrac Sterile Processing Services (SPS) GE Healthcare (GEHC) MUSE V9 systemInstrumentation Management at all VISN 10 threelocations. The MUSE Cardiology Information System integrates, manages, and streamlines the flow of cardiac information, enabling data delivery, distribution, and analysis. The information consists of measurements, text, and digitized waveforms. Additionally, this technology stores electrocardiograms (ECGs) generated by a computerized analysis program that is used to interpret ECG tracings.The Censitrac system supports SPS through the instrumentation management and workflow. The Contractor shall provide technical & phone support to facilitate operation of the MUSE Censitrac technologies. This RFI does not guarantee the issuance of an RFQ/RFP. VA currently intends to solicit this requirement as Sole Source because the availability for resellers of the product is unknown. If you have the ability to provide the Censitrac software and services outlined in the Draft Product Description (DPD), please respond to this RFI with a statement of capabilities. Further, if you have a similar software/service, please respond to this RFI with a capabilities statement and supporting documentation capable of validating the equivalent product/service capabilities. If the entire Censis Censitrac requirement, or an equivalent, outlined in the DPD is available from your company under a General Services Administration (GSA) contract or other contract vehicle, please let us know in your response. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The VA is not, at this time, seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Requirement MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT, & UPGRADES: Contractor shall be responsible for licenses, technical and phone support for the Censitrac SPS instrumentation system. Contractor shall facilitate the operation of the hardware and software in conjunction with all associated functions, upgrades and components. Contractor shall continue to support and facilitate the operation of the software and its components after all upgrades to include new versions. Contract shall provide support services for any disruption of functionality with the Censitrac system. The Contractor shall assist with troubleshooting and taking corrective actions to return Censitrac to its normal operation. Contractor shall maintain remote access capabilities to the Censitrac software and servers to diagnose and resolve issues while abiding by VA information security and privacy guidelines. Contractor shall provide technical support 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week via phone support. PERFORMANCE MONITORING, DOCUMENTATION, & REPORTS: Contractor shall submit a legible field service report immediately following the service support, which shall include detailed descriptions of the support services performed or upgrades performed. Any additional charges not included within this service contract shall have the prior approval of the Contracting Officer Representative before those costs are incurred. Any costs incurred without obtaining prior approval may be determined by the VA to be unauthorized work and the contractor may bear the burden of such costs. COMPETENCY OF PERSONNEL SERVICING EQUIPMENT: All repair and maintenance services shall be performed by a Field Representative who is fully trained by the OEM on the Censitrac system under this service contract. Please note that requirements defined to date may change before a final solicitation is released. RFI requirements are as follows: Please review the attached Draft Product Description. Please acknowledge if your company is a certified authorized provider of Censis software and maintenance support services.
