Description: This is a Sources Sought Synopsis in support of market research being conducted to identify potential contractors.� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, anticipates soliciting a requirement for a SATOC contract.�� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), South Atlantic Division (SAD) has identified a requirement for upgrade of its generator control system.
