- THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS.� THE ARKANSAS NATIONAL GUARD, INTENDS TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO EC-COUNCIL, 101C SUN AVE NE, ALBUQUERQUE NM, 87109 FOR 14 CEHV11 PHYSICAL COURSEWARE + PEARSON VUE EXAM VOUCHERS + ILABS - CWR. This notice is in accordance with Federal Acquisiton Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supply/service will satisfy agency requirements.� The purchase price $16,488.75, including all associated costs.�� This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation for offers and is posted for at least fifteen (15) calender days.� No solicitation package will be available.� Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.� Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.��
