- Description
- The US Government Publishing Office (GPO) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Sole Source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to procure Polycarbonate films from Covestro LLC.� They�are the only vendor (US or Foreign) that has completed the extensive testing and product integration, which is approved to provide a reliable functional Polycarbonate film for use in GPO's produced secure documents. In accordance with MMAR 6.302-1.� Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This notice is not a request for quote/proposal (RFQ/RFP).� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis is solely at the discretion of the government.� Oral communication is not acceptable in response to this notice.� All inquiries and/or concerns must be addressed to Beverly Williams, Contracting Officer via email bwilliams@gpo.gov or Jasanya (Dea) Bias Harrison via email jbiasharrison@gpo.gov , Contract Specialist no later than 10:00am March 16, 2021.
